After the agent sets an appointment the lead details are sent to our Quality Assurance Team for review. QA reviews each lead using a critique system. This ensures that our capital leads are the best. These QA agents do not make calls to borrowers. They do not get bonuses for submitting leads. They ensure quality leads are the only MCA leads Synergy sends out.
The QA Team checks for inappropriate expectations such as low interest rates, monthly payments and guaranteed terms. We don’t allow our agents to lie. Working Capital Leads – Step #4 Delivery
Our loan leads are sent via email. You can give us five different emails. These leads are emailed to you after QA reviews the call. Synergy is flexible with how many leads you want to receive per day. Some lenders take fifty leads per day. Some brokers take one or two leads per day.

Our return policy is simple. If you have issues we will replace any live transfer or appointment lead. Just reply to the email and tell us why you are requesting the return. All calls are recorded so we will investigate what happened. A lead will be added to your total. The investigation determines training that is needed. The return policy is not valid for aged leads.
